In this sense quality is a very important criterion of purchase decisions and and is the basis for a reliable relationship to our customers.
In our opinion acting quality conscious means to treat valuable resources efficiently and with care. Every employee has the responsibility and the right to mention circumstances which do not produce products in the quality standards we set for ourself.
Therefore the continuous improvement of the quality, middle and long term oriented, is a requirement of an effectiv reduction of costs and an important contribution for protecting the environment.
Primarily it is very important to avoid mistakes in all phases of order processing and to eliminate consistently all sources of errors to induce quality. The protection and systematical advancement of the quality has priority for all employees and manager. It demands the conscious commitment and active team work of all employees.
An undisturbed organization and progressiv methods of quality management build the essential frame work. Managers are bound to operate with the significant QM-measures in their area of responsibility, to control the efficiency of the QM-measures and to customize the QM-measures to the latest knowlegde and requirements. This understanding of quality and awareness of quality as well as the engagement of all employees for high quality are requirements of the satisfaction of our customers and for the lasting successs of our company.
