According to Art. 12 and 13 DSGVO, the following legal principles apply to our online presence. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO and Art. 7 DSGVO apply to the obtaining of consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO applies to the fulfilment of our (pre-)contractual services, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO applies to the fulfilment of legal regulations and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO applies to the safeguarding of our legitimate interests.
In accordance with Art. 32 DSGVO, we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk, taking into account the state of the art, the implementation costs and the nature, extent, circumstances and purposes of the processing as well as the different probability of occurrence and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
Measures shall include, in particular, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling physical access to, access to, inputting, disclosure, securing and separation of data. In addition, we have established procedures to ensure the exercise of data subjects' rights, deletion of data and reaction to data threats. Furthermore, we take the protection of personal data into account as early as the development or selection of hardware, software and processes, in accordance with the principle of data protection through technology design and data protection-friendly default settings (Art. 25 DSGVO).
If, when processing your data, we disclose this to contract processors, this is done in accordance with the aforementioned legal principles. If applicable, an order processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO applies between us and the order processor.

If we process your data outside the European Union, in application of the aforementioned legal bases, this will only be done under special conditions from Art. 44 ff. DSGVO (e.g. on the basis of special guarantees such as the "Privacy Shield" for transmission to the United States of America).
Rights of data subjects
Pursuant to Art. 15 DSGVO, you have the right to receive information about the type, scope and purpose of your personal data. You have the right to obtain information in accordance with . Art. 16 DSGVO gives you the right to request the completion or correction of your personal data. Pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to have your personal data deleted immediately or, alternatively, to request a restriction on the processing of the data pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO. You have the right pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO to request that your personal data be retained and transferred to other responsible parties.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke your consent to data processing pursuant to Art. 7 DSGVO.
Right of objection
You can object to the future processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO if it is carried out in particular for the purpose of direct marketing.
Deletion of data
The data processed by us will be deleted or their processing restricted in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 DSGVO. Should your data not be deleted due to the above-mentioned legal bases, their processing will be restricted and not processed for other purposes.
