EMAX encoders with IO-Link magnetic abolute measuring system with integrated io-link interface

The encoder EMAX-IO combines the advantages of the proven absolute magnetic tape measuring system EMAX and the currently most popular interface in the control world. The integrated IO-Link interface enables reliable, flexible information exchange and data transport from the IO-Link master to the end device. EMAX-IO delivers the absolute position over a distance of up to 20 m and with a resolution/repeat accuracy of 10 µm via a 3-wire cable. Further advantages are safe transmission, continuous diagnostics and fast installation, as the sensor can be parameterized from a central location.
