IMAX Absolute measuring system Auto-referencing Linear Absolute Encoder for larger distances
The IMAX series is a pseudo-absolute magnetic length measuring system. Pseudo-absolute means that the absolute code must be read in by a single movement process after switching on and the device operates from this point in time as an absolute measuring device. With a small sensor head length of only 50 mm, IMAX enables absolute measurement over a measuring length of 1048 m (CANopen) or 262 m (SSI).
